Week 7 Matchups and Predictions

Mike Posey's favorite thing to pick apart! Here weeee gooooo!

Richard Head (3-3)    vs
Poseidon Angry (1-5)

Matchup Stats
All Time Record: I lead series 3-2

Last Matchup: I beat Mike 129-118 in Week 11 of the 2011 season

Key Players

Poseidon Angry- Eli Manning (Redskins) Victor Cruz (Redskins) Reggie Wayne (Browns) Calvin Johnson (Bears) Ray Rice (Texans) Matt Forte (Lions)

Richard Head- Aaron Rodgers (Rams) Dez Bryant (Panthers) Steve Smith (Cowboys) Maurice Jones-Drew (Raiders)

Wild Card
Poseidon Angry- Bad Luck Looms Again?? Top Players have tough Matchups.

Richard Head- Steven Jackson losing carries to Daryl Richardson. Jeremy Kerley WR #3.

Predictions
Yahoo once again says: I win 115-104
I Say: Nope, not this year, and in the effort of trying ANYTHING to snap this streak, I'll say Mike wins (I don't think I've predicted Mike's matchups right ever). He wins because (Insert Running Back Here) will get hurt and Jeremy Kerley and Heath Miller will go off. Why? Cause this season I'm the whipping boy.

Hoosier Daddy (4-2)     vs
Breaking Bybee (3-3)

Matchup Stats
All Time Record: Series is tied 2-2
Last Matchup: Ryan beat Kenny 88-66 in Week 8 of the 2011 Season

Key Players

Hoosier Daddy: Josh Freeman (Saints) Larry Fitzgerald (Vikings) Antonio Brown (Bengals) Ahmad Bradshaw (Redskins) Jason Witten (Panthers)

Breaking Bybee: RGIII (Giants) Miles Austin (Panthers) Stevan Ridley (Jets)

Wild Cards
Hoosier Daddy- No Greg Jennings again, Freeman Suitable Bye? Chris Johnson getting his groove back?

Breaking Bybee: No Roddy White nor starting RB's. Felix Jones, Kenny Britt, James Jones, Dennis Pitta all question marks.

Yahoo Says: Ryan wins 100-92
I say: Ryan wins, but this is a tough one. Kenny has so many sneaky high risk high reward plays. It could turn into a major blowout or it can turn into a sneaky win. Ryan seems to have the safer plays, but Chris Johnson is so unpredictable and using Andre Roberts is just so boring, but it's a play he must use. Felix has a prime matchup but he's known to choke, and James Jones is on fire and the matchup is great. This will be a very interesting match to watch.

Dr. Wily's Robots (5-1)     vs
Channel 4 News Team (3-3)

Matchup Stats
All Time Record:  Albert leads series 3-0
Last Matchup: Albert beat Matt 119-82 in Week 7 of the 2011 Season

Key Players
Dr. Wily's Robots: A.J. Green (Steelers) Percy Harvin (Cardinals) Hakeem Nicks (Redskins) Arian Foster (Ravens) Marshawn Lynch (49ers) Vernon Davis (Seahawks)

Channel 4 News Team: Tom Brady (Jets)  Brandon Marshall (Lions) Trent Richardson (Colts) Jimmy Graham (Bucs)

Wild Cards: Semi Tough Matchup for Green. Tough Matchups for Lynch and Davis

Channel 4 News Team: Trent Richardson's health, decimated by byes forces sketchy plays (Sidney Rice, Mikel LeShoure, Nate Washington)

Predictions
Yahoo Says: Matt wins 115-95
I say: Matt wins, now the last time I said it was a no doubt slam dunk win for Matt, he lost, so I'll just say there's a pretty good chance Matt takes this one and rebounds from last week. If Albert was at full strength I think he'd have a shot, but Matt's only missing Michael Vick and Big Ben against the Bengals is a pretty favorable matchup.

The Bad Robofies (4-2)  vs
The Twin Killers (3-3)

Matchup Stats

All Time Record: Dad Leads Series 1-0
Last Matchup: Dad beat Leland 66-65

Key Players
The Bad Robofies- Cam Newton (Cowboys) Wes Welker (Jets) Vincent Jackson (Saints) Darren Sproles (Bucs) Jermichael Finley (Rams)

The Twin Killers- Jay Cutler (Lions) Torrey Smith (Texans) Jordy Nelson (Rams) C.J. Spiller (Titans) Rob Gronkowski (Jets)

Wild Cards:
The Bad Robofies: Shonn Greene Part II? Randall Cobb WR #3

The Twin Killers: Kendall Wright WR #3 Doug Martin take adavantage of favorable matchup?

Predictions
Yahoo Says: Leland wins 100-90
I say: Leland wins, I know I know, I bet against Dad a lot and he usually proves me wrong, I just don't know how  Dad's running backs are going to do. I think Leland has the safer more reliable options this week. Who knows with Dad though, he always manages a little fantasy football magic.

Bigger Balls (3-3)   vs
Chardee MacDennis (1-5)

Matchup Stats

Key Players

Bigger Balls- Drew Brees (Bucs) Marques Colston (Bucs) Andre Johnson (Ravens) Frank Gore (Seahawks)

Chardee MacDennis- Matthew Stafford (Bears) Mike Wallace (Bengals) Adrian Peterson (Cardinals) Darren McFadden (Jaguars) Aaron Hernandez (Jets)

 Wild Cards
Bigger Balls- Who's going to be the #2 RB?

Chardee MacDennis- Denarius Moore/Stevie Johnson at WR

Predictions
Yahoo Says: Drew wins 109-91 (with Mayra not having a RB position filled)
I Say: Drew wins, his team has to go off one week, and this is the perfect week as Mayra doesn't even have a RB #2 and Gore has a brutal matchup against the Seahawks. Here's Drew's chance to keep his season alive.
