I did not expect this weeks Thursday Night game of Dolphins-Texans to be exciting in the least. You had a banged up Deshaun Watson going against a super depleted offense of the Miami Dolphins. Felt like it was destined to be a 13-7 type game. Boy was I WRONG. Basically if you started someone in this game, you got a nice start to your fantasy weekend. Lets ironically start with the biggest non play and the guy who scored the most points this week. So Kenny was pretty sure he was starting Dashaun Watson all the way up to near game time when he decided he wanted a safer play and switched Andy Dalton out for him. Well..Watson ended up with 5 TD passes and nearly 36 points. It's too early to call this is a mistake since Dalton hasn't played yet (and he has a great matchup against Tampa Bay) but as of now, Kenny's pretty pissed he decided to bench Watson. It was understandable, but it sucks seeing so many points on your bench. So who got in on all the fun? Well Drew got nearly 21 points from Will Fuller but it came with a big price. Fuller ended up tearing his ACL in the 4th quarter ending his season. Another huge injury blow to Drew, who's already without Dalvin Cook. Dad went to bed really pissed off as going into the 4th quarter he had basically 8 yards on two catches. Hopkins then went BONKERS getting 2 late TD's and ending up with 23 points. Dad's still an underdog (how appropriate) but that performance helped narrow the gap. Albert benefited from a great Kenyon Drake game. You never know what kind of game with him considering the Dolphins insist on keeping Frank Gore a big part of the game plan. He delivered though with 2 TD's, and 22.5 points. Albert really needs a win this week and this will help him keep his edge against Mark. Eugene keeps getting high productions from unlikely players. Playing without Melvin Gordon for a 2nd straight week, it looks like once again it won't matter as Lamar Miller all of sudden has been a nice RB play again as he scored a TD and had a little over 19 points, while Danny Amendola scored a TD, but not in the way you would've have thought. He threw a TD pass to Kenyon Drake and had nearly 13 points. Not too bad for a couple of spot starts and since he's facing Ryan's struggling team, I don't see how Eugene loses this week with that start. The only one who played someone and not really get much was Mike, who's team is decimated with byes and injuries this week. He threw up a hail mary play with Jakeem Grant and it didn't really work out. Pretty much seals the deal that Leland is going to win this matchup with ease.
