I'm not gonna even address the Cowboys game, this is a fantasy football blog not a football blog, and my mind will EXPLODE trying to explain that pathetic performance. The bottom line in our league is that there are no more winless teams, but in a nail biter and a clutch 24 point performance by Matt's Bears Defense, he eeked out a 2 1/2 point lead against Mayra to start the season 4-0. This was probably the most vulnerable you were ever gonna see Matt's team and yet he still busts out 130 points and wins. Unbelievable. Here are the official results of Week 4
The Bad Robofies (3-1) 129
Poseidon Angry (1-3) 125.5
Am I gonna whine and bitch and moan and how frustrating and shitty it is to be 1-3 despite scoring the 2nd most points in the league? You damn right I am. I have had the absolute WORST luck this season. I haven't had a scoring week under 120 all season. I'm the only one who can say that. Yet there I am 1-3 and riding a 3 game losing streak. This time, I lose by 3.5 points to my Dad who got a marginal performance by DeMarco Murray but it was good enough to snatch him the victory and gain him sole custody of 2nd place at 3-1 (2 of those wins under 10 points). It's just unbelievable how things are working against me. My Dad is usually a low scorer, but no sir, not this week. Cam Newton was fantastic, as was Wes Welker and the 49ers Defense pitched a shutout (29 pts). I was given a tiny ray of hope when Jeremy Maclin managed only 1 catch for 7 yards, but all Dad needed was 7.5 points for Murray to seal the deal and mid 3rd quarter he got it but didn't get much. My problem is, usually when you lose, if you look around the league your team as a whole has a poor showing. I'm still waiting for the inevitable poor showing, because as a whole my team is playing GREAT and yet still losing. 1-3 is a horrible spot to be in, and my schedule doesn't get any easier. I can pretty much kiss the #1 seed good bye as now I just need to survive and strive for the 6th seed. The only good thing (I fucking guess, I hate half glass full bullshit) is that seeds 3-10 are separated by a game, and with my points, if I can win next week, I can be right back into the thick of things. IF I WIN. I DON'T WIN THIS YEAR so it's easier said than done ESPECIALLY going against such a bi polar team in Albert next week. Make up your mind Albert, does your team suck (Weeks 1,3) or is it bad ass (weeks 2, 4)???? Once again, with problems in the backfield I got a great game from Stevan Ridley (where was that LAST WEEK when I really needed it) but BenJarvus Green-Ellis against the JAGUARS was so pathetic. Three different times the Bengals had it at the 1 and not once did he punch it in and on the 3rd try he FUMBLED. Unbelievable. Matt Ryan was his usual good self, and Gronk was good in the only week I had him for. Jordy Nelson made a good debut as well, but MEGATRON FUCKED ME OVER. Ridiculously shitty game and he had crucial drops. I left so many pts on the board it's not even funny. My vaunted Arizona Defense was shit against the Dolphins as well. Yet I score 125.....what the FUCK man. I don't like where this season is heading at all for me, and not even all the trades in the world can save me seems like. Dad takes his 3-1 record to play Kenny next week, while like I said I play Albert.
Game MVP
Cam Newton (The Bad Robofies) 215 passing yards, 2 passing TD's, 86 rushing yards, 1 rushing TD, 30 points.
Great in a losing Effort
Matt Ryan (Poseidon Angry) 369 passing yards, 3 passing TD's, 1 INT, 25 points
D up!
San Francisco 49ers Defense (The Bad Robofies) 3 sacks, 1 INT, 3 fumble recoveries, 1 block kick, 1 defensive TD, shutout, 29 points
Disappointing Players
Calvin Johnson (Poseidon Angry) 5 receptions, 54 yards 1 dropped TD, 7.5 points
Jeremy Maclin (The Bad Robofies) 1 catch, 7 yards, .5 points

This was surprisingly a blowout in Kenny's favor which considering how he started Thursday night (6 pts combined Kicker and TE) is a little bit of a shocker to say the least. Kenny needed this win the most out of everybody, since he was the last winless team in the league. Let's just say my trade with him helped out tremendously. Roddy White went BONKERS with 32 points and RGIII chipped in with 22. Jamaal Charles started bad, but ended up doing great with two TD's and over 120 total yardage. Brandon Lloyd and Miles Austin also chipped in with TD's. RGIII is a significant upgrade from Tony Romo and I think it's just what Kenny needed to get his team going. On Leland's side, we talked about Ray Rice being disappointing, but Doug Martin was BAD with only 4 points. I wish I played the Marty B that played Kenny, as he only had 1 catch for 2 yards. Leland gets Gronk next week, so that won't be a problem anymore. Those guys pretty much did Leland in, as Eli wasn't bad (300 yards passing) and Victor Cruz did his thing (109 yards and a TD). Leland has a tough task ahead of him as he plays Matt and his undefeated team. Kenny will try to build a streak going against my dad.
Game MVP
Roddy White (Breaking Bybee) 8 catches, 169 yards, 2 receiving TD's, 32 points (Week High)

This is laughable. There's no stopping Matt. Period. No Hakeem Nicks? No problem. Matt still puts up 130 points even though it really looked like Mayra was gonna pull off the big upset. It came down to Monday Night, Mayra with a 10.5 points lead and Robbie Gould vs Matt's Chicago Bears Defense and once again the fantasy gods smiled upon Matt. 5 Interceptions and two defensive touchdowns sealed the deal and Matt escapes with a 2.5 pt victory to remain undefeated. It's the closet anyone's every got to Matt. For Mayra The Drew Brees-Marques Colston connection was in sync big time. Brees threw for nearly 450 yards and 3 TD's and 159 and 1 TD were to Colston. The Texans Defense was huge again as well with a 23 point performance. Frank Gore continues to be solid, but to beat Matt your whole team has to perform in a high level and Andre Johnson, Malcolm Floyd and Ryan Mathews just weren't good enough. When you lose by 2.5 points, you can't have mediocre performances by the likes of Andre Johnson and Ryan Mathews. Besides Matt's D, A.J. Green was once again amazing (117 and a score) as was Marshawn Lynch (118 and a score). Arian Foster scored but was held to under 100 yards, while the rest of Matt's team all chipped in for double digit scoring games except Vernon Davis who was the one terrible play on Matt's Team (2 catches, 28 yards). Mayra joins me, Drew, and Kenny as the frustrated owners who have tried to slay the beast and just like us she failed. Matt gets Leland next week and Mayra gets Mike. Mayra will have to swallow the hard loss and look for a rebound next week. We'll see if Leland becomes Matt's #5 victim.

Just wow....I don't know what to think about Albert's team. Every week he alternates from meh to dangerous. Albert's got the top two biggest blowouts of the season as he dismantles Drew by 57.5 points this week (remember, he beat Ryan by over 100 in week 2). When Albert's guys go off they go OFF. Tom Brady threw for 3 TD's and rushed one in, Brandon Marshall DISMANTLED the Cowboys, Dwayne Bowe continues to prove he doesn't suck, Willis McGahee busts another 20+ point performance. I covered Trent Richardson's performance on Thursday and that helped start the beating. For Drew, Flacco gave him a promising start, but he just didn't have enough firepower to stay with Albert. If Adrian Peterson could find the end zone, he'd be pure money, but still his yardage nets him a decent amount of points. What the hell happened to Darren McFadden?? 34 rushing yards and 1 catch? Really??? Stevie Johnson was equally as bad too. Danny Amendola and DeSean Jackson had solid games, and Celek was decent as well. This is rough for Drew, as Matt Stafford has been disappointing and he's going to go to next week in a must win situation without his top running back (McFadden is on bye) against Ryan. Albert will face me and I hope his team reverts back to the suckiness from week 3 (71 points).

Ryan on paper has a mess of a team, but yet here he is with a 2 game winning streak and an impressive win over Mike. Peyton Manning was amazing again and so far the late round draft risk has paid off for Ryan. His 330+ yards passing and 3 TD's led the way for Ryan. How about Michael Turner. I've been dismissing this guy all season, but he turns in yet another solid performance (103 rushing yards, 3 catches for 68 and a score) and it's not Jaquizz Rodgers' team just yet. Just because it's garbage time in an NFL game, doesn't mean it's garbage time in fantasy, just look at Jason Witten, who scored a meaningless TD but looked like the Jason Witten of old with 13 catches with over 100 yards receiving. Larry Fitzgerald was ho hum but did manage a TD. It took 4 weeks but Mike FINALLY got an Aaron Rodgers #1 draft pick performance (300+ yards passing, 4 TD's, 28 pts) although ironically Mike was winning games when he was average. Receivers continue to be a problem, Jeremy Kerley just isn't going to cut it, but he should be able to plug in Pierre Garcon now that he seems to be healthy again. Him and Steve Smith were quiet, but even Dez Bryant is a dumbass, he's a dumbass who had a career high 105 receiving yards and threw in a 2 pt conversion to boot. Michael Bush was horrid, and MJD was actually held in check as was Tony Gonzalez. Matt Prater actually tied Dez Bryant as the 2nd leading scorer with 16. Too many mediocre performances did Mike in this week. He'll take on Mayra next week, while Ryan gets to face Drew.
