Gotta condense everything because I'll be going to Dallas for the Cowboys-Seahawks game Sunday. I'm just gonna talk about to trades that were made followed by a quickie synopsis.
Trade #1
Ryan Gets
LaGarrette Blount-RB
Leland Gets
Mike Williams-WR
Overview: This was a nice trade for Ryan as he needed a bye week fill in at running back and Leland had an extra RB to spare....or so he thought. Turns out, Ahmad Bradshaw has a broken bone in his foot and as of right now he status is uncertain for this week or the future. Leland needed a 3rd receiver because Nate Burleson ain't cutting, but the trade couldn't come at a worse time, as of now, I don't know who he can get to replace Bradshaw off waivers.
I get
Fred Davis-TE
Kenny gets
Cedric Benson-RB
Overview: I picked up Benson off waivers with no intentions of every playing him, and Vernon Davis has been a disappointment, so I reacquire Fred Davis with the hope that because he's the last man standing he'll be in line for some major targets and points. Kenny made this trade for extra RB depth, as Ryan Mathews is banged up as is Jahvid Best. He might have to use him this week.
On to this week's Matchups

The_Twin_Killers- Mike Williams (Saints) Josh Freeman (Saints) Emmanuel Sanders (Ravens) Hakeem Nicks (Patriots) (injury), Ahmad Bradshaw (Patriots) (injury)
Predictions
Yahoo Says- 97-67
I say: I should win, especially if Nicks and Bradshaw are not 100%, those are two big blows to Leland's team. Forte and White are scary, but I got all my big guns going and on paper I should get the W. I'm gonna play Mario Manningham over Vincent Jackson, which hopefully won't bite me in the ass.
The Bad Robofies (5-3) vs
Take Dat Wit Chu (4-4)
Matchup Stats
Never played each other
Key Players (Opponents in Parenthesis)
The Bab Robofies Drew Brees (Tampa Bay) Jason Witten (Seattle), Brandon Lloyd (Cardinals)
Take Dat Wit Chu- Aaron Rodgers (San Diego), Miles Austin (Seattle), Larry Fitzgerald (Rams)
Wild Cards
The Bad Robofies- Victor Cruz (New England), Jonathan Baldwin (Miami), Michael Bush (Denver), Chris Johnson (Titans)
Take Dat Wit Chu- DeMarco Murray (Seattle)
Predictions
Yahoo Says: Dad wins 95-91
I Say: Kenny wins, I think it's really possible that Dad can pull off the upset win here. Looking at that lineup though, it's way too unpredictable. Though the matchups seem good, Jonathan Baldwin and Victor Cruz still are too unpredictable to reliable (though in Cruz's case, Hakeem Nicks not playing definitely helps him). Dad's running back situation is also unpredictable as he'll once again pray that Chris Johnson goes off, and Michael Bush steps in for the injured Darren McFadden. Aaron Rodgers is pretty money, and I'm just going with the safe team here.
Hoosier Daddy (6-2) vs
Salt & Vinegar Chips (3-5)
Matchup Stats
Last Matchup- Ryan Beat Mike 102-52 in Week 9 of the 2010 season
All-time: Ryan leads 1-0
Key Players
Hoosier Daddy (Opponent in Parenthesis) Mike Wallace (Ravens), Rashard Mendenhall (Ravens), LaGarrette Blount (Saints) Jimmy Graham (Tampa Bay), Anquan Boldin (Steelers)
Salt & Vinegar Chips- Matt Schaub (Browns) Michael Turner (Colts) Marques Colston (Tampa Bay)
Wild Cards
Hoosier Daddy- Mark Sanchez (Bills)
Salt & Vinegar Chips- Antonio Gates (Packers), Beanie Wells (Rams)
Predictions
Yahoo Says: Mike wins 89-85
I Say: Wow this is a tough one, I'm gonna go with Mike. I think Ryan has too many players tied up in the Ravens/Steelers game ,and if that is a low scoring game, Ryan's team will suffer. If Beanie Wells is healthy to give it a go, he has an excellent matchup against the Rams not to mention Michael Turner against the Colts. No Newton and no MJD is definitely going to hurt Ryan's chances at winning this week.
Channel 4 News Team (5-3) vs
Da Boyz (2-6)
Matchup Stats
Never played each other
Key Players (Opponents in Parenthesis)
Channel 4 News Team- Tom Brady (Giants) Arian Foster (Browns) Steven Jackson (Cardinals)
Da Boyz- Wes Welker (Giants)
Wild Cards
Channel 4 News Team- Julio Jones (Colts) Dez Bryant (Seattle) Jermichael Finley (Chargers)
Da Boyz- Shonn Greene* (Bills) Matt Ryan*(Colts) Reggie Wayne* (Falcons)
Predictions
Yahoo Says: Albert wins 102-79
I Say Albert wins: Cindy's team has completely fallen apart, no Andre Johnson again (5th straight week) and no McFadden. Here's hoping she at least changes her team to give her a fighting chance, which is why Shonn Greene ,Matt Ryan, and Reggie Wayne all have asterisks by their names, because as of now they are all on her bench. If things stay how they are , Albert wins this handedly. If Cindy changes her team, Albert probably still wins, but at least it'll be semi competitive.
Dr. Wily's Robots (4-4) vs
Shredders (2-6)
Matchup Stats
Never Played Each Other
Key Players (Opponent in parenthesis)
Dr. Wily's Robots- Eli Manning (Patriots) Fred Jackson (Jets) Frank Gore (Redskins)
Shredders- Michael Vick (Bears) Jeremy Maclin (Bears)
Wild Cards
Dr. Wily's Robots- Dwayne Bowe (Dolphins) A.J. Green (Titans) Brandon Marshall (Chiefs)
Shredders- Stevie Johnson (Jets) Jordy Nelson (Chargers) Aaron Hernandez (Giants) BenJarvus Green-Ellis(Giants) Willis McGahee (Raiders)
Predictions
Yahoo Says: Matt wins 94-81
I say: Sometimes bad luck just takes over an owner's team, and that's kinda what happened to Zach. He actually has more points than my dad but is 2-6 while my dad is 5-3, just the breaks, but I gave credit to Zach for trying new things and still being active and trying to win. Unfortunately he plays yet another loaded team in Matt. Matt's just got too many weapons even with Adrian Peterson on bye he can still plug in Frank Gore and Fred Jackson. Eli's on fire as well, and his trio of receivers can go off at any time. Zach does have Vick, but besides him and Maclin, no one else is really reliable, and he'll need multiple abnormal performances from the rest of his team to be able to beat Matt. I just don't see that happening.
